KERRY KATONA - KATONA SLAMS 'EVIL' EX MCFADDEN

Former pop star KERRY KATONA has dubbed singer ex-husband BRIAN MCFADDEN "cruel" and "evil" for describing having children with her as "like getting a dog" in an interview with Closer Magazine. Former WESTLIFE singer MCFadden recently revealed he only married Katona in 2002 for the money and fame and that he was too immature to have two children with her. The 26-year-old - who divorced Katona after two-and-a-half years of marriage - said, "If we hadn't had kids, the marriage wouldn't have lasted as long as it did. I was too young to understand what having kids meant. Having a child was like getting a dog." Former ATOMIC KITTEN star Katona - the mother of MCFadden's daughters MOLLY and LILY-SUE - is devastated, saying, "I can't believe Brian could be so callous and cruel. "Our children were born out of love. For him to compare having children to getting a new dog is just cruel and downright evil. "I'm gutted he has dismissed it (the marriage) as a sham."
