KIM KARDASHIAN - KARDASHIAN DENIES CREDIT CARD FRAUD

LATEST: Reality TV star KIM KARDASHIAN has dismissed credit card fraud claims against her as "meritless". R+B singer Brandy's manager/mother Sonja Norwood has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging Kardashian abused the use of a credit card given to her to make "one (and only one)" purchase on behalf of Norwood. Kardashian, who worked as a stylist for Brandy in 2004, is accused of giving the American Express card to her siblings Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr, who are also named in the legal action. The Kardashians are alleged to have run up debts of $120,635 (GBP60,317) on the card. But Kardashian, who famously dated Brandy's brother Ray J - and appeared in a sex tape with him, insists she is innocent. Her spokesperson says, "The charges against the Kardashians are meritless. Both Kim and Khloe were employed by the Norwoods and never used their credit cards without their express authorisation. "The Kardashian family looks forward to proving the absurdity of these claims in a court of law."
