KANYE BERATES DIXIE CHICKS FOR GNARLS SNUB
KANYE WEST has slammed country trio DIXIE CHICKS for failing to acknowledge their fellow nominees when they won Record Of The Year at the 2007 Grammy Awards.
The hip-hop star was horrified when the female group's track Not Ready To Make Nice beat Gnarls' Barkley's mega-hit Crazy at the annual music ceremony in February (07).
Six months later, West admits he still feel bad for Gnarls Barkley, who he insists made the better son.
He says, "How does Dixie Chicks win over Gnarls Barkley for Songs Of The Year and not even mention them when they accept?
"They need to give awards to people who really deserve it."

Gnarls over the CHICKS????? N E V E R!!!!!! And while it would have been
nice (or so you say) to mention the other nominees, well, I didn't know it was
a law-----and after all the "snubbing" the CHICKS have gone thru, well, WHO
CARES?????? They deserved that award and all the others they were nominated
for. GO CHICKS!!!!!
