British rockers KAISER CHIEFS have turned down the chance to tour America, insisting performing for U.K fans is more important. Frontman Ricky Wilson admits the band has snubbed the chance to break the American market, preferring to write a new album for their loyal British fanbase. He says, "We feel we owe the fans. "It's not that we are bored of the songs on the second album - we just want to give people something new. "We love writing and see it as no big deal not going to America."
