NORAH JONES - JONES SPENDS BIG ON FRIENDS

Singer NORAH JONES shuns the extravagances her wealthy lifestyle affords her - preferring instead to spend her money on hard-up pals. The Come Away With Me star can remember what it was like to be a struggling performer, so she makes her artist friends' lives easier by treating them to gourmet dinners and luxury holidays. Jones says, "I don't really have a major extravagance. I do get excited when I take my friends for a nice dinner - because most of them are still struggling artists, and don't have much money. "I also took them on holiday to Costa Rica and that was great. It's nice to be able to do things like that."
