VINNIE JONES - JONES' FILM ACCENT GETS HIM BANNED FROM PUB

Actor VINNIE JONES was thrown out of a pub in Ireland - because he was overheard practicing lines for an upcoming gangster movie role. The former British soccer star was preparing for his role as bare-knuckle fighter Smasher in forthcoming film Strength And Honour - and his villainous accent was so convincing, he was ejected from the establishment in Cork. Director Mark Mahon says, "We went out for a few drinks and he started doing his traveller accent. Minutes later, the manager came up and asked us to leave. "When I asked why, he said he had trouble in his establishment before with travellers and wasn't going to have it a second time. We both couldn't stop laughing and when we explained who Vinnie was, he nearly died of embarrassment."
