MICK JAGGER - JAGGER LOSES EVICTION APPEAL

LATEST: SIR MICK JAGGER's ex-wife BIANCA has lost her battle to stay in a luxury New York apartment after officials turned down her second appeal against eviction.
The former model, 62, has been living in the rented Park Avenue pad for 20 years, but was forced to move out in December (07) because her landlord refused to renew her lease when it expired in 2005.
Jagger - who claimed the property was her primary residence - lost her first appeal against the decision last year (07) as the company which owns the building argued that as a British citizen with a tourist visa, Jagger could not have a primary residence in the U.S.
And now she has lost a second appeal against eviction, with a Manhattan court upholding the previous ruling on Wednesday (03Sept08).
