Veteran rocker SIR MICK JAGGER has sparked rumours he's proposed to longterm girlfriend L'WREN SCOTT after the stylist was snapped flaunting a glittering rock on her engagement finger. Scott, who was shopping in London at the time with newly-married actress NICOLE KIDMAN, apparently had no qualms showing off the ring. It would be Jagger's third marriage after failed relationships with BIANCA JAGGER and, more recently, JERRY HALL. Just five months ago (MAR06), Hall dismissed suggestions her ex would tie the knot again insisting, "He's not the marrying kind."
