BIG BROTHER - JADE CONFESSES RACISM

Ousted Celebrity Big Brother contestant Jade Goody has confessed to the News of the World that Shilpa Shetty did suffer racism and bullying.

Jade's return to the house that made her famous five year ago was marred with speculations on the outside world of her bullying Bollywood superstar Shilpa, of which many comments were seen to be racist.

When asked about her Oxo-cube outbursts that sealed her fate in the house, Jade, 25, admitted: "My anger when I watched it on the screen shocked me. I didn't like it. I didn't know that my presence could be so intimidating or bullying."

Her alliance with former Miss England Danielle Lloyd and S Club 7 singer Jo O'Meara in the bullying of Shilpa was also questioned but Jade defended her friendship with the pair saying: "I clicked with Danielle and Jo because they are the same age, we live in the same area and we had things in common."

After an interview of tough questions, Jade was remorseful about her time in the house, saying: "I'm happy to put myself through this so people can see what I did was wrong and I'm truly sorry."

Evicted on Friday night after a massive 82 per cent of the public vote, Jade's £50,000 interview fee from the Sunday paper will be given to charities chosen by Jade and Shilpa.
