JACKSON'S JAPANESE CHRISTMAS PARTY

Reclusive pop superstar MICHAEL JACKSON is to make an appearance at an exclusive Christmas party in Tokyo, Japan next month (DEC06) - but die hard fans will have to pay up to $3,400 to meet him. According to reports, Jackson won't perform at the 'Premium Christmas' party on 19 December (06), but he will dine with guests while they listen to recordings of his music. Fans will have the opportunity to pay 400,000 yen ($3,400/GBP1,900) for a platinum ticket and 200,000 yen ($1,700/GBP950) for gold tickets. Platinum ticket holders will get to sit to nearer the star and have their picture taken with him, a Japanese newspaper reports.
