MICHAEL JACKSON - JACKSON'S GANGSTER COMEBACK

MICHAEL JACKSON is planning a comeback with brand new "1920s gangster chic" look according to his stylist ANDRE VAN PIER. Van Pier - who styled Jackson in the 1980s and '90s - has created a new image for the pop superstar, complete with fedora, waist-coat and pocket watch, and released sketches of how the singer will look to PageSix.com. He tells the site, "This is the style Michael is leaning toward when he gets back on stage." He claims he came up with the look last year (07), when Jackson was planning a Las Vegas residency - a plan that never materialised. Now the singer wants to stage a comeback to follow Tuesday's (12Feb08) U.S. release of a 25th anniversary edition of his classic album Thriller - with a TV special and a new album.
