MICHAEL JACKSON - JACKSON'S BROTHER DENIES NEVERLAND SALE

LATEST: MICHAEL JACKSON's brother JERMAINE has denied the singer's Neverland Ranch was ever for sale - insisting the property would go on the market "over my dead body". The California estate was reportedly scheduled to be sold off if Jackson failed to pay $24.5 million (GBP12.25 million) he owed in property taxes by 19 March (08). The Thriller hitmaker was believed to have saved his home by agreeing a deal with an investment group that will allow him to retain ownership. But Jermaine has insisted the property was never under threat. He tells TMZ.com, "It's very simple. It's not for sale. Not over my dead body. It's not for sale." And when asked if the property would be sold if it went into foreclosure, he added, "That's a myth."

I just wondering, why he can't pay for his Neverland Ranch, is Michael have not enough
money to pay it.? His rich and famous, and a lot of friends, fans, and his family
Support him all the way..
But for whatever reason, I still Like him..
I just wish that he wont change his attitude, and be contented for what he have,
and just be himself.
And i hope soOn, he go for another Concert, here in Philippines.! Cheers!! Mwuaaaaaahhh!!!!!
Making a fortune and having one are two different things. The relationship of how
money is spent to what is coming in determines whether or not one has financial difficulty...
even to those who have made lots of money.
I saw something on CNN or some such that told of some financial institution backing
Michael Jackson on his continuing hold on the property.
That is all well and good... but unless Mr. Jackson has enough continuing income,
now that he has shut himself off from the world, to pay for whatever it costs him
to live in other countries as well as to maintain the estate and pay taxes, Michael's
brother's words are nothing but words unless he or others are willing to pay if Michael
does not.
This is not a matter of talent or anything else but paying, as any other American
would be expected to do, in taxes on real and/or personal property.
Many once famous personalities have found them selves in the same situation.
