IGGY POP - IGGY POP DIVES INTO CROWD TO CELEBRATE 60TH BIRTHDAY

Ageing punk icon IGGY POP has proved he is still young at heart - by diving into a crowd of fans to celebrate his 60th birthday. The event took place on Saturday (21Apr07), where Pop - real name James Osterberg - was joined by reformed band The Stooges for the gig at San Francisco's Warfield Theater. Adoring fans sang Happy Birthday to the Lust For Life rocker before he jumped off the stage and into the audience, showing he was not too old to partake in true rock n' roll antics.
