KATIE HOLMES - HOLMES PLANS A HEIST WITH QUEEN LATIFAH

KATIE HOLMES is set to return to the big screen after her crazy 2006 by planning a heist with QUEEN LATIFAH. The BATMAN BEGINS star is in negotiations to join the cast of MAD MONEY, which follows the exploits of three employees of the Federal Reserve who plot to steal cash that is about to be destroyed. The news of the new movie comes just weeks after new mum Holmes dropped out of the BATMAN BEGINS sequel. Mad Money will be directed by CALLIE KHOURI, who wrote the screenplay for cult `chick flick' THELMA + LOUISE.
