FAITH HILL - HILL AND MCGRAW DONATE SHOW PROFITS TO KATRINA CHARITY
Country singers FAITH HILL and TIM MCGRAW have vowed to donate all proceeds from a forthcoming gig to help those still affected by 2005's Hurricane Katrina.
The husband and wife team, who are currently touring together with their Soul2Soul shows, will play a concert on Friday (27Jul07) in Biloxi, Mississippi and have pledged one hundred per cent of the money raised will go to the Neighbours Keeper Foundation.
The charity, set up by Hill and MCGraw in 2005, provides local services to those still badly affected by Hurricane Katrina, which hit in August that year.
Last year (06), Mississippi native Hill and MCGraw performed in New Orleans, raising $1 million (GBP500,000) for hurricane relief efforts.
