ANNE HECHE - HECHE HITS BACK AFTER PARENTING CRITICISM

LATEST: ANNE HECHE has blasted her estranged husband for publicly criticising her mothering skills, branding his claims "lies". Videographer Coley Laffoon has filed papers in Los Angeles, calling the actress an unsuitable mother who refuses to seek help for her reported psychological issues. Laffoon - who filed for divorce in February (07) - also claims the actress' "bizarre and delusional behaviour" could be a problem if she wins full custody of the couple's five-year-old son Homer. The cameraman, who met Heche while shooting a tour documentary about her ex-lover, comedienne Ellen DeGeneres, is seeking $33,000 (GBP16,500)-a-month in spousal support. But a spokesman for Heche has branded the claims "lies". She says, "It is disappointing that Coley Laffoon has resorted to filing lies with the court because Anne would not cave in to his astronomical monetary demands, including his demand for $45,000 (GBP22,500) a month in support. For the past several years, the child's father has refused to get a job in order to contribute financially to the child's care.
