Actress SALMA HAYEK has appealed for "a man that has more balls than me" to whisk her off her feet. The actress, who has previously dated EDWARD NORTON, is frustrated men keep falling below her high standards because they're insecure. Although she'd love to be in a relationship again, she refuses to compromise on her ideal man. She says, "What confuses and scares me most about men is the way they are so weak. Well, most of them. That's why they pretend to be detached and macho because they are very weak and fragile underneath. They structure their lives so they don't have to deal with their emotions and feelings. That scares me. "My mother always says, 'When are you going to get married?' And I say, 'When I find a man that has more balls than I do!"
