WOODY HARRELSON - HARRELSON SUED BY SNAPPER FOR $2.5 MILLION

Actor WOODY HARRELSON is facing a $2.5 million (GBP1.25 million) lawsuit from a photographer who claims the star assaulted him in 2006.
The Semi-Pro star - real name Woodrow Tracey Harrelson - has been named in legal papers filed by Josh Levine in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday (20Jun08).
Levine has accused the actor of choking him and breaking his video camera during a night out in Hollywood in June 2006.
The paparazzo goes on to claim Harrelson ordered his bodyguard to attack him, and is claiming compensation for the alleged mental, physical and emotional pain he suffered in the altercation. The unidentified bodyguard has also been named in the suit.
