DELTA GOODREM - GOODREM BREAKS AUSTRALIAN MUSIC RECORD

DELTA GOODREM has entered the Australian Recording Industry's (ARIA) record books - after becoming the first artist to win 12 Number One Chart Awards. The Lost Without You singer landed two gongs at the ceremony on Thursday (06Mar08), which honours Australian recording artists who score number one hits on their home territory in the previous year (07). Other double winners at the Sydney event included Kylie Minogue, Missy Higgins and Silverchair. Pop sisters The Veronicas landed their first ARIA Number One Chart gong for Hook Me Up.
