JULIE DELPY - GOLDBERG RECALLS MEETING EX-GIRLFRIEND DELPY'S DAD IN NEW FILM

JULIE DELPY and ADAM GOLDBERG borrowed one scene from their past real-life romance for their new film 2 DAYS IN PARIS - when the American met his French girlfriend's parents for the first time. Delpy recalled the moment her ex met her folks while writing the script for the film, and Goldberg, who is now dating actress Christina Ricci, was forced to relive the awkward moment in the film. The actor, who dated Delpy for 18 months, explains, "Julie is actually my ex-girlfriend from many years ago. When I met her father for the first time, we got along very well. "Julie had to go on a lunch meeting, so I took him to the Hahm Rejuvenation Massage Center (in Los Angeles), literally within 90 minutes of meeting him. We stripped jack naked in front of each other! "And, just like in the movie, he doesn't speak English and I didn't speak French, and I had to tell him where to put his clothes, where to get the massage. We became intimately involved straight away." Goldberg admits he was comfortable working with his ex, adding, "Julie is actually the only ex that I am still friends with."
