Oscar nominee PAUL GIAMATTI was involved in a minor traffic accident in New York City on Wednesday (09Jan08) night. The Sideways star was pulling into traffic on Lafayette Street when he and a taxi driver nudged into each other. Nobody was hurt in the accident, which police have described as "a minor fender-bender", reports website TMZ.com.
