SIDEWAYS - GIAMATTI + PULLMAN IN RIVAL DICK BIOPICS

LATEST: SIDEWAYS star PAUL GIAMATTI is going head to head with INDEPENDENCE DAY actor BILL PULLMAN, as they both are set to appear in rival projects about science-fiction writer PHILIP K DICK. Pullman has already been announced as the star of music producer MATTHEW WILDER's DICk biopic, while Giamatti is negotiating with the BLADE RUNNER writer's estate to play the author in another film. All that is known about the Giamatti project is it weaves between DICk's life and his final, unfinished novel THE OWL IN DAYLIGHT.
