RICHARD GERE - GERE OFFERS COMMENTARY TO DALAI LAMA FILM

RICHARD GERE is paying tribute to spiritual leader the DALAI LAMA on a new DVD, considered by many to be the ultimate guide to Buddhism. THE PRETTY WOMAN star, a longtime Buddhist, has added commentary to ON LIFE + ENLIGHTENMENT: PRINCIPLES OF BUDDHISM WITH HIS HOLINESS, THE DALAI LAMA. The three-disc set covers all major aspects of Tibetan culture, philosophy and Buddhism, and also features music from Indian musician RAHUL SHARMA. It marks the Dalai Lama's first authorised DVD series. The DVD is already a hit with other international spiritual heavyweights, like Hollywood guru DEEPAK CHOPRA, who says, "This film series inspires reflection, beauty and prayer...
