UNFAITHFUL - GERE AND LANE RETEAM FOR ROMANTIC FILM

UNFAITHFUL co-stars RICHARD GERE and DIANE LANE are reuniting once again on the big screen for the romantic drama NIGHTS IN RODANTHE. The two previously played a married couple in Unfaithful in 2002 and Lane received an Academy Award nomination for her performance. The film is the fourth adaptation of a NICOLAS SPARKS romance novel after THE NOTEBOOK, A WALK TO REMEMBER and MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE. Gere will play a doctor who is traveling to reconcile with his estranged son when he checks into an inn in a North Carolina beach town and has a romance with a woman who is in an unhappy marriage. The film is scheduled to begin shooting in late May (07).
