MELISSA GEORGE - GEORGE ESCAPES DEATH AS GUNSHOTS RING OUT OVER CONCERT

Aussie actress MELISSA GEORGE was left running for her life while shooting new movie TURISTAS in Brazil when a concert turned violent. The former soap star and director JOHN STOCKWELL visited a rock concert in Rio de Janiero when the event turned ugly. She recalls, "It went kind of sour. This guy pulled out a gun and we all went running. The bodyguards were like, `Get down on the ground,' but we were running. "We ended up in the Favellas (slums built in the hills of Rio) and sort of experiencing Brazil in a dangerous kind of way."
