NEW ORDER - GALLAGHER, MCCULLOCH + BROWN TO FRONT HOOK'S NEW GROUP

Former NEW ORDER star PETER HOOK has enlisted the help of LIAM GALLAGHER, IAN BROWN and ECHO + THE BUNNYMEN star IAN MCCULLOCH to front his new all-star band. Bass player Hook formed Free Bass with former The Smiths bassist Mike Rourke and Primal Scream star Mani after controversially announcing the break-up of New Order earlier this year (07). The new supertrio decided against having a full-time frontman, and instead have recruited a few big names to sing for them. Details about the titles of the tracks the group has recorded and a forthcoming album have not been released.
