FOUR CHRISTMASES JINGLES ALL THE WAY TO UK NUMBER ONE
Festive comedy Four Christmases has topped the UK box office after its opening weekend, knocking James Bond off the number one spot.
The seasonal movie, starring Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon, took £2.3 million to repeat its Stateside box office success on this side of the Atlantic.
The New Line film sees Vaughn and Witherspoon as a married couple forced to visit all four of their divorced parents on Christmas Day when their plans to escape on vacation go awry.
Last week's number one, Quantum of Solace, dropped to second with £1.5 million while Changeling, Clint Eastwood's period drama starring Angelina Jolie, debuted at number three with £1.2 million.
What Just Happened?, a new comedy drama about the film industry, opened at number seven with £178,818.
