ELLEN DEGENERES - EMOTIONAL ELLEN EXHAUSTED AFTER HOSTING DUTIES

An emotional ELLEN DEGENERES was left exhausted after realising her life-long dream of hosting the Academy Award ceremony last night (25FEB07). The comedienne and US talk show host was still reeling immediately after the show at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. She explained, "(The experience) made me want to cry. I don't know, it's tough. You're scrutinised on a show like this and I don't know. "I was kind of floating... I'll have to think about it later, because I don't really know how I did. It felt good. It was a dream of mine, so, to have done it, I feel very emotional right now." When told her reviews for hosting the show were good she replied, "That's nice to hear."
