Rapper EMINEM is reportedly in talks to buy a music venue in Detroit, Michigan made famous in his hit movie 8 MILE. Negotiations are allegedly under way for the artist to purchase St. Andrew's Hall for an undisclosed amount. The venue was the main setting in the hit movie, which featured Eminem contesting various rap battles. If the deal goes through, Eminem and his manager Paul Rosenberg will share the operation, but the current management will continue running the day-to-day tasks at the club, according to AllHipHop.com. Representatives of Eminem haven't commented.
