SOPHIE ELLIS-BEXTOR - ELLIS-BEXTOR TAKES UP POLE DANCING

Dance star SOPHIE ELLIS-BEXTOR has taken up pole dancing while on tour with pop group TAKE THAT. The 28-year-old - who scrapped her own U.K. tour to join the reformed British boyband as a 'special guest' on their 34 European dates - has been carefully studying the boys' back-up dancers' saucy moves and is keen to incorporate them into her own live routines. She says, "They have pole dancers on the second song. That's something I'd be interested in - I've already put my name down to have a go at some point. I know the dancers and they're going to teach me. It's demanding and not easy." But the Murder On The Dancefloor hitmaker says it's not her first attempt at the sensuous art: "When drunk, I've sometimes had a go at pole dancing - it's really hard."
