MISSY ELLIOTT - ELLIOTT HURT BY CRITICS' COMMENTS

Rapper MISSY ELLIOTT is still hurt by a review she received more than six years ago - because it questioned her friendship with late R+B star AALIYAH.
The young singer, who worked closely with Elliott on several occasions, died in a plane crash in the Bahamas in August 2001 after shooting the video for her single Rock the Boat.
Elliott was devastated by the news and agreed to perform a benefit concert in memory of her pal - but still shudders when she remembers what critics said of her emotional performance.
She says, "One time I did an event for Aaliyah after she passed away and they said I didn't know the words to her records.
"That really bothered me a lot."

Don't watch them fools Melissa; anyone who knows ONE DAMN THING about you knows
you, Tim, G & them Playa boys loved that girl like she was your own blood.
They're probably the same fools that STILL don't know how to pronounce the
woman's name correctly - 6 years after her passing? I mean how DISRESPECTFUL is
that???
