BOB CLARK - DRUNK DRIVER WHO KILLED DIRECTOR CHARGED

The drunk driver who ended the lives of PORKY'S director BOB CLARK and his son has been charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. HECTOR VELAZQUEZ NAVA is being held on $200,000 (GBP102,000) bail in a Los Angeles jail, and faces a 12-year prison sentence if convicted. Nava was arrested at the scene of the tragedy in Pacific Palisades, California in the early hours of Wednesday (04APR07). Nava has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
