DOHERTY SPARKS DRUGS RAID

Incarcerated rocker PETE DOHERTY has sparked a crackdown on drugs after he was allegedly pictured taking heroin in prison.
Last week (beg14Apr08), British newspaper The Sun published photos of Doherty inside London's Wormwood Scrubs jail, claiming the star has continued using hard drugs while behind bars.
The government's Prison Service has since ordered a drugs sweep with officers seizing cocaine, heroin and cannabis from prisoners.
However, a spokesman for the Prison Service says the raids were not connected to Doherty, adding "A full lockdown search was conducted following significant intelligence."
The Babyshambles rocker was jailed for 14 weeks on 8 April (08) in Wormwood Scrubs penitentiary for "breach of time-keeping, non-compliance of his (probation) order and using different drugs".
