ANDY DICK - DICK CITED FOR PUBLIC URINATION

Comedian ANDY DICK has been cited for urinating on a pavement in Columbus, Ohio. The troubled 41-year-old is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Municipal Court on Thursday (06Sep07), after local police officers allegedly saw him relieving himself in public. DICk can avoid his court appearance by paying a $126 (GBP63) fine and court costs. It's been a busy week (begs27Aug07) for DICk - on Wednesday (29Aug07) he was involved in a skirmish with paparazzi in Hollywood, while on Tuesday (28Aug07) he received two warnings from Los Angeles cops called to his home following complaints about noise and of him throwing beer bottles into his neighbour's garden.
