THE WHO - DALTREY AUCTIONS THE WHO VAN FOR CHARITY

Big-hearted THE WHO star ROGER DALTREY is giving fans of the band a special treat - by offering them the chance to win a customised Volkswagen camper van.
It is hoped the vehicle - which is decorated with the bands livery - will raise funs for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Fans are asked to pay $10 (GBP5) to enter the competition, with the proceeds going towards building specialist hospital wards for young cancer sufferers.
Daltrey says, "This van is one of a kind. She's all restored, she's got The Who on the stereo - she's the works."
