DADDY YANKEE MODERATES SECOND DEBATE

Reggaeton superstar DADDY YANKEE proved he's serious about politics by fronting a TV debate between politicians in his native Puerto Rico.
The Gasolina singer, who has gone to war with rapper Fat Joe over his public support for U.S. Republican presidential candidate John MCCain, served as moderator for the governor debates on TV network Univision's Vota o quedate calla’o (Vote or Shut Up) show on Thursday (09Oct08).
Yankee, real name Ramon Ayala, quizzed current Governor Anibal Acevedo Vila and opponents Luis Fortuno, Edwin Irizarry Mora and Rogelio Figueroa with questions from young voters.
Puerto Rico votes for a governor on the same day (04Nov08) as America elects a new President.
