MILEY CYRUS suffered a red carpet nightmare while attending her first Oscars on Sunday (24Feb08) when she put a hole in her designer dress. The starstruck teen was horrified about the gaffe, until eagle-eyed assistants helped her to stitch up the tear in her designer red gown.. She reveals, "I wore Valentino. I was making sure nothing was wrong with it. And as soon as I got there I put a hole in it. I stepped on it. How I stepped on the back of my dress I don't know, but they fixed it."
