CYRUS ACCUSED OF STEALING L.A. BAND'S SONG

MILEY CYRUS has been rocked by another scandal just two weeks after the furore surrounding her provocative Vanity Fair photographs - now she's accused of ripping off someone else's song.
Los Angeles band Lustra claim Cyrus' Rockstar hit is a carbon copy of their Scotty Doesn't Know tune, which appeared on the soundtrack to 2004 movie Eurotrip.
And they're inviting Cyrus fans who love her song to check out "the original" on their MySpace.com web page.
Lustra were alerted to the similarities between the songs by fans and they listened to both tracks and the bandmates claim the tunes are virtually the same - with separate lyrics.
Lustra guitarist Nick Cloutman adds, "Although we are very flattered that Ms. Cyrus took this route, we would have preferred some credit."
The band is considering various options to rectify this situation.
The spokesman states, "The immediate solution is to minimise leaks, and keep all future recordings in a vault, under extreme security."
Lustra frontman Chris Baird adds, "If Hannah Montana wants us now, who is next? The Jonas Brothers?
"That said, if (Vanity Fair photographer) Annie Liebovitz is interested in photographing us nearly nude we are certainly open to it and we look forward to her call."

well this isnt the first time she took someone elses song. listen to 'see you again' and then to "sunglasses at night' by corey Heart. almost exactly the same.... she is a good singer but she really needs to be more creative and stop stealing other peoples songs. such a poser.

Why are they directly accusing Miley? It's always been made perfectly clear that Disney's people write the songs for "Hannah Montana," as opposed to Miley's own stuff. Also, I've seen Eurotrip quite a few times, and I'm really having trouble seeing the similarities between the songs.
