CYPRESS HILL SUED FOR 'STEALING' SONG

Rap pioneers CYPRESS HILL face legal action from a blues singer who alleges they ripped off his tune without permission.
Syl Johnson, 72, has filed a lawsuit against the Insane in the Brain hitmakers, claiming their song Lock Down, which featured on their 1993 album Black Sunday, uses the beat from his 1969 song Is It Because I'm Black?
Johnson is suing the group, along with a host of record and music publishing companies, for $29 million (GBP15.7 million), according to TMZ.com.
