TOM CRUISE - CRUISE AND HOLMES HONOURED BY EATERIE

Soon-to-be-newlyweds TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES have been honoured in Bracciano, Italy, with their own risotto. The couple are set to wed in Castello Odescalchi overlooking Lake Bracciano later today (18NOV06). Owners of the Trattoria del Castello have created a new dish in honour of the occasion - the 'Tom and Katie Truffle and Mushroom Risotto', which comes served with parmesan cheese. Another local restaurant has started named main courses after Cruise's movies, including 'VANILLA SKY spaghetti' and 'THE LAST SAMURAI fillet', and for their baby daughter - the 'SURI tart with chocolate sauce."
