CROOK DEFENDS 'SUICIDE' FILM AT PREMIERE

LATEST: MACKENZIE CROOK has defended his new movie THREE AND OUT - insisting the controversial plot is "funny".
Drivers of London's Underground trains picketed at the premiere of the movie on Monday(21Apr08) because they believe the film trivialises suicide.
The movie follows the story of a train driver - played by Crook - who discovers he faces being fired if he has three fatal accidents within a one-month period.
Asked by a rail man if there is comedy in dying under a train, Crook replied: "Have you seen the movie? Then you don't know what it's about."
Crook later admitted the controversy has surprised him, adding, "It's a very funny film."
