GIRLS ALOUD - COYLE THREATENED TO LEAVE METCALFE OVER DRINKING

GIRLS ALOUD singer NADINE COYLE threatened to leave her DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star boyfriend JESSE METCALFE if he didn't seek help for this alcohol problem. Actor Metcalfe checked into a Los Angeles rehab facility last week (ends23MAR07), and Coyle admits their relationship would have been pushed to the limit if he had continued drinking heavily. She tells British magazine Star, "Jesse is getting help. I'm just glad he has realised he couldn't go on the way he was. "It was hurting me to see him do that to himself. I'm going to be there for him and do all I can to help but at the end of the day, Jesse has to make the decision to stop on his own."
