NADINE COYLE - COYLE DENIES METCALFE REUNION

LATEST: British pop star NADINE COYLE has dismissed reports she has reunited with actor JESSE METCALFE, insisting recent photographs showing the former couple in an intimate embrace were simply of the pair kissing goodbye. The Girls Aloud singer split from the Desperate Housewives star in April (06) after a 14-month romance, and the couple were said to have reignited their love affair in Los Angeles after the snaps emerged last month (Aug07). But while Coyle claims she is still single, she admits she is still close to the hunky actor and would not rule out a reconciliation in the future. She says, "Jesse and I aren't back together. I hadn't seen him in ages when those pictures of us were taken. "Jesse and I were still speaking on the phone though and we arranged to meet up for lunch. Those pictures of us kissing was just me saying goodbye. We're exes so we are still close and we were just being sweet. But we are not back together. "I haven't really contemplated getting back together with him. I'm always all over the place so it's hard to have a relationship. "Also he's that bit older than me - he's 29 and I'm 21 so we want different things. We always got on really, really well, and I loved him a lot, but it just became difficult to stay together. "I would never say never, because he's a really good guy, but it's not something that I can really think about at the minute."
