COURTENEY COX - COX + ARQUETTE SPLIT OVER PLASTIC SURGERY

Former FRIENDS star COURTENEY COX and her husband DAVID ARQUETTE face the ultimate test of their relationship if the actress ever goes under the knife for a nip and tuck. Cox is an advocate for plastic surgery while Arquette is opposed to cosmetic enhancement. She reveals, "(If I did that) it would be a battle between the two of us. He doesn't like any of that stuff. "I think it's easy when you're a boy to say that." But Arquette insists he'll fight his wife all the way if she ever chooses to have a little plastic surgery: "I like how smiles make wrinkles."
