COURTENEY COX - COX + ARQUETTE PLAN TO MOVE OUT OF MALIBU

Hollywood couple COURTENEY COX and DAVID ARQUETTE are the latest stars to be moving out of fire-ravaged Malibu, California after placing their sprawling mansion on the market for $33.5 million (GBP17.1 million). Cox recently spoke of her fears she'd lose everything, like neighbour SUZANNE SOMERS, in the fires that wreaked havoc in the celebrity enclave, and now she's hoping to make a $20 million (GBP10.25 million) profit on the home she bought for $10.5 million (GBP5.4 million). The four bedroom home comes with its own private beach. BRITNEY SPEARS is also moving out of Malibu after putting the home she shared with estranged husband KEVIN FEDERLINE on the market for $13.5 million (GBP6.9 million) last week (18JAN07).
