NOEL COWARD - COWARD HOME UP FOR SALE

The former home of iconic British actor and playwright NOEL COWARD is up for sale. The house, in Blue Harbour, Port Maria, Jamaica, often played host to CHARLIE CHAPLIN and AUDREY HEPBURN, and was bought by Coward for GBP150 ($293) in 1949. But Coward's star-studded home is now boasting an asking price of GBP500,000 ($975,000). A spokesperson for the sellers says, "The buyer will even be able to sleep in Coward's bed." Coward died of a heart attack in Jamaica in 1973, aged 73.
