BRITNEY SPEARS - COURT RESTRAINS SPEARS' MANAGER

A restraining order has been issued against Britney Spears' manager Sam Lufti after allegations that he drugged the singer.
Britney's mother Lynne submitted a six-page declaration to the Los Angeles superior court to request the 33-year-old be restrained from contacting Britney in any way as he has "inserted himself into my daughter's home, life and finances".
Focusing on the night of January 28th, when Lynne Spears arrived at her daughter's home after hearing news reports of an argument between Britney and Lufti, the declaration details the chaotic situation in which the Toxic star was found just days before her hospitalisation.
She has been admitted to the UCLA medical centre under observation for what is believed to be severe bipolar disorder, with her original 72-hour admission extended to a 14-day stay.
Her father James and an attorney have been granted temporary conservatorship of her estate and Lufti is now banned from coming within 250 yards of the star.
Lynne Spears' declaration claims she had arrived at her daughter's home only to be denied entry by security guards, before discovering that Felipe Teixeira, a paparazzo, had driven Britney away from the house when it became apparent that Lynne Spears was arriving, apparently under the orders of Lufti.
"Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about [paparazzo] Adnan [Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids," she claims.
"Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol and Seroquel," Lynne says.
She is most likely referring to Risperdal, a sleeping pill, while Seroquel is used to treat bipolar disorder.
"He told us that he puts them in her food and that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days," Lynne continues. "She had been sleeping. He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could give her drugs to heal her brain."
The declaration also states that Lufti has disconnected the home phone lines, has disposed of Britney's phone chargers and hides her dog London.
