KEVIN COSTNER - COSTNER THANKS EXTRAS WITH FREE CONCERT

KEVIN COSTNER combined his passions for acting and music on Friday (21Sep07) when his rockabilly band performed in front of 1,000 fans who gathered for a scene in his new movie Swing Vote. The Oscar winner's group, Modern West, performed a free show at the Santa Fe Rodeo Grounds in New Mexico as a thankyou to extras who showed up to appear in a presidential debate scene in the political comedy. In the movie, Costner discovered he's the man who can decide the next U.S. President - because the vote comes down to him. Dennis Hopper and Kelsey Grammer play the presidential rivals.
