KEVIN COSTNER - COSTNER: 'MY WIFE INSPIRED MUSIC CAREER'
Hollywood actor KEVIN COSTNER has credited his wife CHRISTINE BAUMGARTNER with helping him forge his music career.
The Bodyguard star - formerly a member of Roving Boy - now fronts rock band Modern West in between making movies.
But he admits that although music has been a lifelong love, he was unsure about dabbling in the industry and probably wouldn't have indulged his passion without his partner's constant encouragement.
He says, "She heard some of my older music and said, 'Why don't you try it again.' I kept giving her these excuses, but she kept at it. It wasn't once a week, it wasn't once a month, it was whenever she felt to mention it to build up my confidence. So she's the reason I'm making music again. And I feel so happy about that."

Kevin Costner can't sing or play the guitar. I've listened to his music and
I'm not impressed. His wife has done him a disservice telling him he should be
in a band. Costner's band will go the way of his acting career shortly.

kevin costner became popular in making movie,
spicifically in love story, if he will pursue his singing career, i think he
is in wrong choice.
His wife is trying to bring him out of popularity. well, its up to him,
anyway!
More movies, that's what his fans waiting for. like " The Body Guard", " For
the love of the Game"etc.
