A Los Angeles judge has allowed KEVIN COSTNER to view the financial documents of a promoter he has filed a lawsuit against.
The 52-year-old - who is the lead singer of the Kevin Costner Band - claims he signed a two-year deal with Mahee Worldwide Ventures in January (07) to promote five concerts per year.
But the Dances With Wolves actor claims the firm reneged on the deal and is suing them for breach of contract and fraud.
Costner first filed the suit in August 2007.
